A: They likely did not ship yet. If your order had MP3's plus other products, like CD's mixed together, your downloads will not be shipped until the balance of your tangible products are shipped.

A: Create an order for MP3's ONLY. Upon completing your order, you will be able to download them immediately. If you mix MP3's with other products, please note that your downloads will not be shipped until the entire order ships.

A: For automated Website orders to be Non-Taxable, we must first set up your account. If you've already set up an account and made a purchase (which got taxed), please contact us and we'll adjust your account and fix the tax portion of your previous order.
