Jack Hartmann's Music and Movement for Children workshops & keynotes are filled with quality songs, fun movements and educationally "on-target" learning activities.  His presentations are upbeat, motivational and always give teachers new ready-to-use skill building songs and ideas to enhance their early childhood curriculum.

• Keynotes and workshops are directed to early childhood childcare providers, pre-k and K-2 teachers, counselors, administrators and parents.
• Children and grownups of all ages enjoy Jack's educational music.  The target ages for his songs and activities are children 2-8 years of age.

Title 1. Let Music Make Learning Fun (for pre-K, K-2 teachers)

This program is entertaining, upbeat and offers a wide variety of Jack's songs and topics.  Teachers will gain music and movement learning and readiness activities to energize and strengthen any early childhood curriculum.  Language development, early literacy, basic math, social skills, diversity, holidays, celebrations and pre-K, K-2 study topics will be presented in a fun teacher-friendly way.

Title 2. Shake, Rattle n' Read (for K-2 teachers)

Jack makes phonological awareness and reading readiness fun with his researched-based original music and movement activities for developing and learning:

Title 3. Rhymin' to the Beat (for Pre-K and K teachers)

This workshop features new "cool" versions of thirty of your favorite nursery rhymes that can be used by teachers for language enrichment, rhyming awareness and literature appreciation. Jack makes these old favorites come alive with creative movements and diverse musical styles. If nursery rhymes are part of your curriculum, you'll absolutely love this workshop.

Title 4. Getting Better at Getting Along (for Pre-K, K-2 teachers)

Through developmentally appropriate educational music and movement activities, Jack gives teachers valuable resources for building essential social skills, problem-solving and violence prevention in the classroom. Some of the specific topics include:

• Appreciating feelings
• Building relationships
• Re-directing biting, hitting and hurting
• Practicing good touching
• Channeling anger constructively
• Nurturing love, friends and self-esteem

Title 5. Math All Around Me (for Pre-K, K-1 teachers)

This workshop is filled with stimulating song activities to make early childhood math exciting for young children and teachers too! Jack covers basic number and counting skills, counting up and down, calendar basics, counting-on, counting by two's and five's, spatial awareness, patterns and math in the environment - all with great movements and exciting activities.

Title 6. Language Fun for Little Ones (for Pre-K, K-1 teachers)

Playful songs, activities and games for enriching the language and literacy skills of young children and presented in this workshop. Name games, wordplays, moving to sounds, awareness of sounds, rhymes, letter sounds and Jack's new arrangements of story and fairytale favorites are all included.
